Creazione di uno One Stop Shop provinciale a supporto della nascita di Comunità di Energia Rinnovabile
Il progetto LIFE-ECOEMPOWER, è stato a avviato il 1 settembre 2023 e si concluderà il 10 agosto 2026, ha come scopo lo sviluppo di uno sportello unico (One Stop Shop) a supporto delle CER da costruire attraverso lo studio di tre territori pilota in ognuna delle 5 regioni europee coinvolte.
LIFE-ECOEMPOWER è finanziato attraverso il programma Life+ CET e vede come capofila il Centro Sustainable Energy della Fondazione Bruno Kessler (FBK). Oltre ad FBK tra i partner italiani vede partecipare la Provincia Autonoma di Trento attraverso l’Agenzia Provinciale per le Risorse Idriche e l’Energia (PAT-APRIE) e l’Università di Trento con il Dipartimento di Ingegneria e Scienza dell’Informazione (UNITN-DISI). Gli altri partecipanti sono AURA-EE e ACV (Francia), BAUM ed eza! (Germania), Ubitech Energy (Belgio), la Regione della Grecia Centrale (Grecia) e il PSOE della città di Praga (Repubblica Ceca).
La Provincia Autonoma di Trento partecipa come autorità regionale approfondendo la nascita di Comunità di energia rinnovabile in tre territori pilota: il comune di Stenico, il comune di Levico Terme e la Valle dei Laghi con i comuni di Vallelaghi, Madruzzo e Cavedine. Tutti i tre territori stanno promuovendo la nascita di comunità di energia rinnovabile nei rispettivi ambiti di riferimento.
L’Agenzia Provinciale per le risorse idriche e l’energia partecipa attraverso l’Ufficio Studi e pianificazione delle Risorse energetiche.
The LIFE-ECOEMPOWER project, started on September 1, 2023 will end on August 10, 2026. The project goal is to develop a One-Stop Shop (OSS) to support ERCs and based on the study of pilot projects, three pereach of the 5 European States involved.
LIFE-ECOEMPOWER is funded by the Life+ CET program and the project leader is the Sustainable Energy Center of the Bruno Kessler Foundation. Besides FBK, the other Italian partners are the Autonomous Province of Trento with the Provincial Agency for Water Resources and Energy (PAT-APRIE) and the University of Trento with the Department of Engineering and Information Science (UNITN-DISI). The other European partners are AURA-EE and ACV (France), BAUM and eza! (Germany), Ubitech Energy (Belgium), the Region of Central Greece (Greece) and the PSOE of the city of Prague (Czech Republic).
As a regional authority, The Autonomous Province of Trento is supervising and the dawn of Renewable Energy Communities in three pilot territories: the municipality of Stenico, the municipality of Levico Terme, and the Valle dei Laghi with the municipalities of Vallelaghi, Madruzzo, and Cavedine. All those territories are promoting the establishment of renewable energy communities in their areas of interest. The Provincial Agency for Water Resources and Energy designated the Office of Energy Resources Studies and Planning to take part in the project on behalf of the Autonomous Province of Trento .
